Okay, so. This has got to be one of THE cutest, most precious, and most adorable stories ever written in the history of forever.

I have always had a fondness for Percy since the seventh book, with his change of heart at the end and his pitiful weeping over Fred's body, and I am always a little sad that more people don't write stories about him. I feel like you've captured his personality perfectly, even in the body of a small child - every time he opens his mouth, it's little Percy exactly as he was supposed to be. And Molly is so canon, too! Stern but loving at the same time - that's a difficult balance to pull off, Sarah!

And Twinkle - oh, I wish there really was a little goblin in Percy's wardrobe. =] That was pretty much the cutest bedtime story ever! (Do you have a history of having to come up with stories like this?)

I think the best bit, though, was the end - Percy taking his little cake and milk to Twinkle. This is something I SO think a little Percy would do, and it was so precious to end the story this way - and even better that he still cracks his wardrobe!!! Oh, that was adorable.

Please stop being such a good author - you're making the rest of us look foolish. Teehee! Seriously, I ADORED this story. It was SO STINKING CUTE. I can barely contain myself.

Author's Response: I DO have a history of little off-the-top-of-my-head stories. Most of them involve a princess once upon a time, though, and a beautiful, intelligent, all-knowing Queen named Sarah. :D That was back about a year ago when Lillie was teeny tiny and cried and cried at bedtime unless I was singing/talking to her. She had to fall asleep to the sound of my voice. Sometimes it was Jingle Bells (since Christmas songs seem to be the only songs I can remember on the spot) and sometimes it was stories about dragons and enchanted gardens and fairy-mermaid halfbreed things (she doesn't know what I'm saying, anyway, so I might as well employ a little creativity).

Jane, you're so nice! I'm so glad you thought it was adorable! I don't write much cutesy stuff so I was a little nervous about this one.

Bahhh. I love you! *showers you with Valentine's heart candy things*
