Love the story. I couldn't stop laughing out loud at one part. And it is rather hard to make someone laugh when they're reading. Anyway, the part is :-
Zonky swung round, causing the assistant to flinch and cower just a little bit. "What the HELL do you want Snotty?! Can't you see I'm a little busy here?"

I was wondering if Mr. Zonko had just insulted the assistant or he really was just unfortunate enough to have a name that matched his face.
