A few remarks tho: first; didn't you say that hermione was a Head? in that case she'd be in 7th year, and draco's betrayal would've been a year earlier (or has the time-frame just shifted?)
Second: you need to use more comma's to divide the sentences; right now they are to long, and although it is well enough written to be able to keep reading, it will be a big improvement to the whole :)
