Author's Response: I will be ready to update once the queue reopens on the 8/6. I can answer the question you asked about Al knowing about Grace loosing her powers; answer is yes. I don't know if I explicitly made reference to it, but he, Lily and Willow are the only people outside of Grace to know about her problem. Thanks for reading and reviewing!
