Author's Response: Wow! Another lovely review from you! I think my head may begin to swell :P. I'm absolutely flattered that you thought this was a decent read. You seem to have found a way of reviewing the pieces of work I'm least sure of, and it's given me a huge boost.

I'm a huge fan of Severus though XD. I think when it's unrequited it's easier for Lily/James shippers to accept, Lol. You're far too kind!

It IS rather short. It was more of a drabble than a one-shot really, but there's no option for that on HPFF. I'll definitely keep length in mind for future reference though. I have a bit of a problem striking the right balance all the time, so thank you for bringing it up. I don't think I'm quite ready to be compared to Tolkien! Hahaha
