As odd as it may sound, I really enjoy reading one-shots about Peter Pettigrew. Maybe it's because he's as neglected in fanfics as his character is in the HP series. I really like the style you used in writing this story, offering brief glimpes into the different aspects of his life. You somehow managed to say so much in so little words and that is an impressive feat. In fact, I almost felt as though these would have been the moments of his life that flashed before his eyes as he lay dying in the Malfoy's basement. The nameless OC was a nice touch, especially that she was such a realist when it came to the Order and the War. Not many writers would have thought to create an OC part of the Order that disapproved of what the Order was doing and had such a bleak outlook. She was very 3-dimensional, I liked her. Very heartbreaking that Peter was forced to kill her to test his loyalty to Voldemort. And the end, wow, very clever of you to end it on such an ironic tone.

Other than a few spelling mistakes, I really enjoyed reading this. Great job! 9/10
