I think it might be parcially because you throw in all of this extra information, at times it seems that your story is secondary to the importance of roses and such. Really, you can see how Rose and her story are almost just a background, a distraction. Which of course makes me all the more interested in it.

Author's Response: thanks, i'm very conversational in all of my voices, written and speaking, so i suppose that just comes through. Roses, human or not, are the main character of this story haha. i'm glad you are enjoying it so far!
