I really like the premise here because it is very real. You get a lot of funny dialogue in, too. However, their could be more of an "ark" to Hermione and Bill managing to convince Ron that Rose can fend for herself--he seems to protest until the last minute and then finally says "okay".

I really do love the conversation though and a lot comes through in the way of emotion and affection. Good job incorporating all of the characters' personalities as we already knew them--if there are more chapters be sure to also try to expand them a little.

Author's Response: You have given me the biggest compliment. I am always terrified I am going to make them out of character, and I am so happy to know I captured their personalities correctly. This story was extremely fun to write. I think all that Bill and Hermione could accomplish was to make him accept it, but I don't think he is any more okay with it than he was at the beginning. Deep down he knows they're right, he just isn't ready to let his little girl go. I am planning to write a next generation fic, but I don't think I am going to add onto this one. Though I'm not 100% sure, maybe when things slow down in my life I'll think about it.
