There were a few wording and grammar issues here, which I'm sure your beta can take a closer look at. I'll focus more on plot and characters.

I do hope you plan on doing a bit more with Draco Malfoy. He's not really the suave, charming pureblood that fanon makes him out to be, nor is he the one-dimentional jerk. Draco can be an interesting character all by himself, so I hope you consider expanding his role. Obviously, plot first, but it's something to think about.

Overall, I'm not sure how well I like the Titanic/HP mix. I can't tell if you've just used the Titanic as a backdrop, or if the characters are going to be applied in the roles that were created in the Titanic film. Either way, I think you might be relying to heavily on pre-written work. You definitely have talent as a writer, so you would be capable of taking a very original turn with this.
