Wow, very emotive!
I like how you seperated the paragraphs, making certain lines really stand out more and giving them more importance, which really brought out Peter's thoughts.
I especially loved the line the thought of Sirius on his knees crying for his friends, his family, was enough to make me hate myself. It was as if he had lost everything that mattered in his life, and in a way it was true. That was just so ... heartbreaking.
The only thing that bothers me is that, if Peter was having such strong regrets, would he have blown up all of those innocent people when Sirius tried to kill him? In this case I would have thought he would rather die than do so.
But excluding that (which wasn't really a part of the story anyway, more the fact that I analyse way too much!) This was very emotive and wonderfully well written!

Author's Response: Hehe, thanks! Glad you liked that line..it was one of my personal favorites, as well. And yeah, Peter would feel regret. But obviously he was afraid, of Sirius, of the consequences, of what would happened...I don't know, I could see him just panicking and blowing up the street to avoid it all.
