That was gorgeous. Absolutely. Exquisite.

I don't even know what to say to you. This is one of the best stories I've ever read. I'm trying really hard to focus my thoughts into actual feedback, but its proving to be a bit difficult.

Ok.

First, I loved your characterization of Minerva. This is the first story I've ever read about anything in her past, and you wrote it beautifully. You revealed enough of her past to show why she has developed into the strong woman she is today, albeit troubled and with a bit of a hard exterior. Grimm's charater was also fabulous, so mysterious, and more open with his emotions than Minerva. I thought the fact that he left her when he realized how daunting the idea of marriage right of out school was very different and much more realistic than what you see in most fanfiction, and I, for one, really appreciated that.

I would pick out my favorite lines for you, but I have a feeling I'd be here forever.
