Have you ever heard the saying when life give you lemons you make lemonade, well that exactly what I had to do when Draco Malfoy became Head Boy…. ( i found a real great bate No1harrypotterfan )

Seeming me and Ron only broke up four weeks ago we have been getting on better than before; i wish i could say the same for Harry and Cho. They only broke up a week ago because she found out that he was seeing Ginny behind her back and she pushed him down the stairs! Well what do you except i would have done the same thing to Ron if we were together?
Anyway we are now on the Hogwarts express, i just left Ron, Ginny and Harry talking about what advantages of me being head girl going to give them which some of them are very unlikely and the rest of them they will have a very hard time, in making me give it to them.
Now I'm going to the heads compartment hoping that the devils son Draco Malfoy is still with his gooneys, but seeming god hates me at the moment i should have known he would be there. When i slid the door open.
"Alrite Mudblood"
he said with that well known smirk of his. People thought i smacked him once in third year because of what he said about Buckbeat, but it was really because of his smirk it was just annoying the hell out of me at the time but i must not sink to his level.
I'm head girl now right but i need to wipe the smirk off his face again.
"Alrite ferret breath"
oh that did it he is just sneering at me i couldn't help but smile i could tell he had not forgiven moody for turning him in to a ferret in year 4 but it was still funny

"What a Slytherin loving stuck up wanker" Ron tried to whisper to Harry

While outside Ron had to open his big gob yet again you think he would learn but he doesn't

we have been in school less than an hour, and we have already lost 400 points because of a stupid little disagreement ,ok maybe it weren't a little one but it was Draco's fault if he didn't take the piss out of Ron getting finished over a book, then Ron wouldn't of threw that plate of chips at him, I may as well tell you the whole story.
Flashback to an hour ago....
"Looks like the Mudblood cares more about a book then she does about Weasley"
Draco Malfoy signature smirk beamed from his face as he told Blaise the story.
"Hermione why did you tell Malfoy the reason we broke up"
"Because i called him ferret breath, than he said why don't you go shag Weasley, and i said I wouldn’t broke up"

"Because he asked" i said dead calmly eating my apple
"Hay Weasley Weasley" Ron turned round to see Draco smirking this isn’t going to be good i could feel it.

That did it Ron lost his temper, again and because of his aim instead of hitting Draco with his Plate of chips he hit Blaise!. Blaise didn't look to happy Harry thought it was funny as hell which made Blaise even more angrier so he threw a cake at Harry, which made Ginny pissed
"NO THROW CAKE AT MY BOYFRIEND"
and she threw some carrot and because of the Weasley aim she hit Pansy instead which pissed Pansy off to the max, But i could see Draco Laughing and it was doing my head in, so i threw a pea ok maybe 2 plates of peas, that wiped the smirk of his face, he was now glaring at me he mouthed
"your dead Mudblood"
i just smirked and said
" bring it on"
than he had to shout it because he couldn't just left it between us could he
"FOOD FIGHT"
I have never seen food fly like that before, there was cakes coming from one side, pumpkin juice from another, i must admit he maybe a dickhead but he did look kind of cute, with pumpkin juice and cake on him, the way his blond hair fell over his face he looked like he was actually enjoying this food fight, he was smiling not smirk til Snape had to come and spoil all our fun. If he wasn't so scary we probably would have carried on

See all Malfoy fault, anyway I'm dirty, tired and i just want to go to bed and maybe Malfoy won’t be there and would get some peace. Yeah i wish, i know the food fight over but the fight between Draco and me has only just begun....

The whole class turned to face Snape who by now looked very amused, with the whole situation.
"let me get this straight either all four of you are gay or you both lying or you Mr Malfoy and Miss Granger are secretly in love and you are doing this to hide your undying lust for each other."

I was silent for awhile , then whole class was looking at me Harry, Ron, Blaise and Draco all looked very nervous it was very hard not to laugh.

To say the guys were shocked would of been an understatement, they where all looking at me like i had three heads, I Just smiled at them and so was Snape.
"Well seeming Miss Granger understands the rules 40 points to Gryffindor but don't get use to it now lets get back to the lesson."
Snape turned back to the front of the class i turned to look at Draco who look like he had been slapped with a fish 20 times. I just smiled and whispered

then turned to pay attention to Snape, I think this is going to be a very interesting Detention and maybe just maybe i might actually find out Draco secret and if not i just take the piss out of him about pansy .

Before long he took of his pants and had returned on top of me. I let out another small moan as his hands made his way up my legs. When it was finally time it hurt at first, but after awhile the connection became intensified and i lost track of time. It was only when we were dripping with sweat did we stop.

Wait why does my bed feel different I don’t remember having silk sheets, my eyes flew open at this realisation; I weren’t in my room because my bed covers are not green now I really didn’t want to look at the person sleeping next to me who I’ve only just notched!. I turned slowly hoping, praying that it not the person I think it is but like I keep telling you god hates me with a passion because it was none other than Draco Malfoy.
Well you’ve never seen me run so fast in my life OH MY GOD what was I thinking was I even thinking. Ok he was good I can’t deny that but still it Draco Malfoy. My mum always did tell me my drinking was going to get me into trouble someday well mother are you happy my life is over now oh I can’t go to lessons now I can’t face him not today I just have to write a letter to Snape saying I’m ill or something and then never leave this room yep that sound like a plan to me I’ll just go and write that letter now.

I guess I will have to go down to the great hall, all that great exercise has made me hungry, and besides Hermione might be there and I can’t resist telling Blaise about the dirty romp last night.

Harry just rolled his eyes at us like he was dealing with children.
“I said it was bound to happen, there was so much sexual tension between you two for so long, you where of course going to give in at the end.”
Everyone was just staring at him like he'd gone mad, well nearly everyone Blaise was just nodding like an idiots.
“I agree but I thought it would have happened a lot sooner. I was surprised it took you so long.”

“Well it seems like the class has spoken Miss Granger.” Snape said smiling at me, well that did it.! I grabbed my wand and started walking. I ran around the room pointing my wand forcing people to put their hands up when at the same time trying to calm myself down.

“Then why did you sleep with him Mione.” Harry said smiling at me.

“Ok, but why have you been in your room for weeks because of it?” Ron asked in his usual I want to know everything way.
“I weren't hiding, I was sick.”
I tried to lie, although this wasn't really going my way at all.

“Why is everyone ganging up on me? Is it gang up on Hermione day or something?”
“No Mione, we just know that you are lying to yourself.” Both Harry and Ron said together.
I placed my wand slowly back into my pocket and pinched the bridge of my nose.
“So let me get this straight you all think that I and Malfoy are perfect for each other.”
“Pretty much” They all answered in unison.
“Looks the jury have spoken Granger, again.”
This is a nightmare! I must have been staring off into space or something for 10 minutes because the whole class were just staring at me.
“Mione, Mione are you ok.” He looked worried so I did the only thing I could. I screamed.
“AAUURRHH.” Everyone just sat there and covered their ears.
“I think we can take that as a no.” Pansy whispered.
“You think!” Ron said in a sarcastic tone.
“You know what?” Everyone shook their heads in unison as if it was a trick question.
“I think I've finished my potions, so I'm getting the HELL OUT OF THIS ROOM, BECAUSE I CANNOT DEAL WITH THE EGOSITIC MEN!!!” I threw the wrong ingredient in the potion and got ready to walk out of the room, after I messed up my potion.
It didn't matter that Malfoy shouted at me to stop, as if I was going to listen to him anyway I knew that the potion would blow up because that was the point.
I and Draco were flung back onto the floor. Ow my head is banging.
“You head is how do you think I feel, what possessed you to do that?”
Draco said rubbing his head, wait I didn't say that out loud did I.
“Of course you did I can't read mind Granger now can I” he said looking at me like I'm stupid
“No I didn't Malfoy”

Arrrrrrrrr that boy know how to get on my last nerve. Anyway like I was saying before Dickhead interrupt. It been about 6 weeks since the horrible Potions lesson and now everyone in Hogwarts knows what happened between me and Malfoy, I swear he makes it even worse a boy can't even look at me without getting hex's and if one more girl ask me what it's like to be Draco Malfoy girlfriend I will kill them. Ok maybe not kill them but I will do some serious damage.
We might of shagged once or twice but that not really my fault we start arguing than he kisses me to stop me yelling then I have too kiss him back and some how I wake up in the morning in his bed with no clothes on.

"I thought you where going to let me have the dorm tonight."
He just shrugged and came to sit in the armchair but me.
"I was but we where playing poker in the great hall and Snape said we had to go to our common rooms or we would get detention but we wanted to finished our game, but we couldn't go to the Slytherin common room cause no one there likes Potter or Weasley and we couldn't go the Gryfindor common room because no one there like me or Blaise either so I thought it best we came here sorry I forgot."
"Yeah right you forgot and since when did you, Ron and Harry get friendly."
"When you two started shagging each other." Ron answered while everyone else laugh.
"Nice one Weasley." Blaise said through laughs but they all shut up when I give them a deadly look as to say shut up or I will kill you.
"What I'm not allowed to make friends with my girlfriends best mates."
I turned to look at Draco smiling I just rolled my eyes.

Blaise must of known that this talk would end badly so he decided to change the subject.
"So Ginny"

Blaise slapped Harry on the back smiling.
Ginny confused look turned in to a very cheeky grin.

We all laugh at this and I nodded to agree with her.
"Interesting didn't know you had it in you Potter." Blaise smiled at Harry.
"Yea well you should hear what she did with Dean that would be interesting" I thought I said it really low so no one could hear me but Blaise must have super hearing or something cause he heard me very clearly
"Dean Tomas hum." him and Harry came to sit on the table in front of me.
"Do tell Granger what exactly did Ginny and Dean do that so shocking"
Yeah I think I want to know too Mione."
Harry said looking at Ginny who has gone as red as her hair.
"Well....."
But before I could tell them Ginny found her voice again.
"Don't you dare tell them or I tell them about what you and Seamas did in the potions classroom."
"I think I want to hear about that."
Draco said leaning forwarded in his chair but neither of us was paying attention to him.
"Yeah and you tell them that I tell them where you really where last summer when you where meant to be staying at mine hmm you couldn't say no to the kiss cam could you"
"I think I would like to know too."
I think I heard Ron say who was know sitting next to Harry on the table.
"Well than I just tell them about what you and Victor did on the 4th floor after the Yale Ball."
Blaise just laugh.
"I think I want to know all these things."
Ron, Draco and Harry all nodded in agreement.
"Well I...."
I started off but I felt something turn in my stomach which I knew weren't good.
"Hermione." they all said.
"I think I'm going to be sick."
I didn't let anyone of the say anything, I was already running up the stairs to the bathroom, I could hear them behind me but I was already in the Bathroom with the door locked before they where even half way up the stairs.
This being sick is going to get old fast, I could hear them banging on the door then I heard Draco.
"HEMIONE, HERMIONE PLEASE OPEN THE DOOR."
Then I heard Ginny voice.
"Hermione is this about the problem you where talking about before."
The banging stopped oh Ginny sometimes I wish you could keep your mouth shut, you get me into more trouble.
"What problem Ginny what's Hermione problem." I heard Draco ask.
"What you don't know I thought you could read her mind"
I think it was Harry speaking now I can't really tell because my head gone kind of dizzy.
"I can Potter but she ask me to stay out of her head so I am"
I wish they would all just shut the hell up their not helping, I heard Ginny talk again.
"I don't know Draco I ask but she said it didn't matter so I just left it, you know Hermione if she doesn't want to tell you she won't"
Oh my god
can't take this anymore I need some air, I just need get away from all of them which seemed like forever I finally got up off the floor and want to the door that lead the bathroom to my bedroom I opened it really quietly so they wouldn't hear me, once I was inside my room I had to come with a plan so I could leg it out of here with out them being able to catch me, erm I have to think fast come Hermione think, oh I've got it, I want to my bed and up my wand and opened my door a little so they where arguing so they didn't hear me and pointed my wand at them and whispered.
"Petrificus Totalus"
I saw them all drop and I ran over to them they all look shocked, I just look at them apologetic.
"I'm so so sorry you guy but this is the only way I could think of to get out with out any of you nagging me I be back in an hour or two and you be un-bind in about 15 minutes ok."
Then I ran out of the room and down to my favourite place in this school, the big oak tree by the black lake it look so beautiful when you come a night, I lay my back against the tree , closed my eye's and let my mind go blank for once.
I must of fell asleep because when I opened my eyes again it was already dark I could see the moon shine off the lake, I sigh and got up I guess I have to go back to the head dorm.
"You guessed right"
A voice behind me said I turned around so quickly I would of snapped my neck if I did it any faster and pointed my wand at the person who scared me, but put it back down once I clearly saw who it was leaning against a tree a few feet away from me.
"What the hell Malfoy way to give me a heartache"
He didn't look like he was in a very joking mood, he just pushed himself of the tree and started walking over to me.
"A binding spell really Hermione"
I just rolled my eye and sat down on the rock next to the lake.
"It was the only thing I could think of so I could get out without you lot bothering or nagging me"
"You could oh I don't know maybe just of ask us."
I could tell he was getting angry.
"Yeah cause any of you would of let me go that easy."
Now he stood right in front of me trying to stare me out, we must of stood there looking at each other for about 15 to 20 minutes till I got bored and want.
"Right if we done here I think I head back because I'm really tired."
I jumped of the rock but as I want to walk past him, he grabbed my arm and pulled me closer to him.
"What you hiding Granger."
